A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER In this senior project management role, you have overall responsibility for your assigned projects - which may be multiple projects or one larger complex project. Handles complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision. Creates drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Project Engineer/Surveyor. Works with Surveyors regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation. The Housekeeper / Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and sanitary conditions of our four office buildings and our housing facility on a regular schedule. This cleaning position earns a competitive wage commensurate with experience. In this position, you can expect to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on the day shift. ABOUT THE HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER JOB The Housekeeper / Cleaner will be responsible for the general cleaning and sanitizing of multiple office buildings and the housing facility. The cleaning schedule is subject to change, but generally requires the housekeeper to clean the offices 2-3 times per week and the housing facility 1-2 times per week. Use of your personal vehicle to travel between the office buildings and the housing facility will be necessary. The offices are in close proximity and the housing facility is within a 20 minute drive of the office. Cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and other common areas. Wiping and dusting surfaces. Sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning floors and carpets. Removing, washing and replacing bedding and linens in the housing facility. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION SITE SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE As a Construction Site Safety Representative, you help make sure that our job sites and crew members are safe on all jobs. You perform training, continually evaluate the job sites for hazards, and implement corrective measures. Additionally, you purchase and maintain all construction safety equipment necessary for the job site. As an effective communicator, you lead weekly meetings at the project site. You are consistent in reviewing and modifying site-specific policies and procedures. When incidents do occur, you are responsible for leading the investigation efforts and documenting any findings. You also assist in developing strategies and procedures to help prevent any reoccurrences. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations is a high priority. With attention to detail, you perform job site safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) inspections. You are sure to report any information needed to the corporate director. You conduct new employee orientations and ensure compliance with the site drug testing program. Other training needed onsite also falls under your jurisdiction. This training includes fall protection, confined space, first aid, CPR, hazard communication, OSHA regulations, and more. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SITE SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE At least 5 years of construction safety experience required. Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field required. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) required. OSHA 500 Trainer and First Aid CPR Instructor preferred. This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
